Barceló Organic is made from the fresh juice of organic sugar cane grown on the Barceló estate. From a plot only 1.5 square kilometers in size, the sugar cane grows untamed, without synthetic chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides. Aged in American oak barrels without previous use, its blend of various aged rums gives it an intense amber color.
Tasting notes
Aromas of caramelized cherry, cocoa and tobacco. At first, the notes of fleshy fruits stand out, but in the background appear roasted dried fruits and pink pepper reminders. On the palate, it is clean and pure with a long, smooth finish. Ideal for the cocktail of your choice.

1½ oz. Barceló Organic Organic Pineapple Juice Splash of Organic Lemon-Lime Soda
Instructions
1. Pour Barceló Organic over ice in a tall glass. 2. Fill with organic pineapple juice. 3. Stir. 4. Add a splash of organic lemon-lime soda and garnish with an orange wedge.
